What certification or documentation do you provide?

We provide in-depth reports of all aspects of the process. Reporting can be customised to your requirements but as a minimum we provide:

• Contract between ourselves and our clients

• An itemised asset report

• Waste transfer documentation

• Hazardous waste consignment notes

• Data erasure / destruction certificates

What if my equipment no longer works?

As long as the item remains intact, we offer complimentary collection services. Unlike scrap metal dealers, we specialize in product refurbishment. We are registered with the Environment Agency as a Waste Carrier and can supply waste transfer notes to companies. However, we do not accept equipment that is shattered or physically destroyed. Non-functional items, those with cosmetic damage, or those in poor condition are perfectly acceptable.

Do you offer a service for Individuals or Households?

Yes, we offer a drop-off service at our Tonbridge facility. Please Contact us to confirm drop-off.

Do you have a minimum amount for collection?

No, you don't need to have only computers or laptops for us to collect. However, you must have at least 5 desktop computers, laptops, monitors, or any mix of these three to qualify for a free collection. The best approach is to submit your collection request. This allows us to review your location and the items for collection, after which we can discuss and arrange the collection details.
